Job Title: Client Account ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to join our team in High Wycombe. As a key member of our Client Services division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our enterprise-level clients, providing daily support and trading assistance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and own a portfolio of key mass payment accounts, ensuring operational excellence and meeting service KPIs/SLAs.

- Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple clients simultaneously.
