About the Role

Pertemps is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the success of our implemented teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Line Management: Lead and manage a sub-team responsible for delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of clients.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and drive team performance, ensuring client service levels, response times, and account success/growth are met.
  • Accountable for Service Delivery: Oversee service delivery KPIs/SLAs and ensure the quality and efficient delivery of our training programs.
  • Team Development: Carry out performance reviews, set personal targets, and develop training strategies to enhance team performance.
  • Change and Process Improvement: Drive departmental change and process improvement, engaging internal stakeholders to drive additional services in line with anticipated growth strategies.
  • Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the full onboarding cycle, ensuring a smooth and successful start.
  • Analysis and Insights: Analyze payment data and trends to draw insights and make operational and commercial suggestions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Commercial Growth: Contribute to the success of our dynamic B2B sales team through organic client growth and prospect commercial strategies.
Requirements
  • Client Management Experience: 5 years of client management experience across FX or Fintech.
  • Portfolio Management: Proven success managing a portfolio of enterprise-size clients and evidence of prioritizing client requests and relationships.
  • Ambition and Drive: Ambition and drive to grow existing client contracts through partnership expansion and product upsells.
  • Analytical Mind: An analytical mind who can dive deep into data, identify patterns, and generate insights for the benefit of our customers.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and 'read the room' to know what to say or show next to clients.
  • Technical Understanding: Technical understanding of payment products/methods and confidence in discussing payment strategies/solutions with high-level stakeholders.
