Pertemps TM is seeking a skilled Customer Account Director to enhance our FinTech client services.
The Customer Account Director is crucial for the effective functioning of client teams and the satisfaction of our partners. This role requires extensive product knowledge, outstanding service delivery, and the ability to uphold the strategic direction and financial success of major accounts. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in client-facing roles and demonstrated success in managing teams, including mentoring and developing talent.
Compensation: Up to £60,000 (Dependent on Experience)Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of a dedicated team managing a portfolio of clients
- Monitoring and enhancing performance metrics for service staff
- Direct oversight of Client Services and Lead Executives
- Accountability for achieving service delivery KPIs and SLAs
- Conducting performance evaluations and development plans for team members
- Leading initiatives for departmental improvements and process enhancements
- Collaborating on product development and integration projects with clients
- A minimum of 5 years in client management within the FX or FinTech sectors
- Proven success in managing large enterprise clients
- A strong desire to expand existing client contracts
- Analytical skills paired with excellent communication abilities
- Technical proficiency in payment solutions
- Capability to engage in discussions about payment options with stakeholders
