Tenancy Sustainment Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tenancy Sustainment Specialist to join our Housing team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support and advocacy for homeless households to sustain their tenancies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide holistic support to homeless households to help them achieve stable and sustainable tenancies.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments to identify the specific needs of each household.
  3. Develop and implement tailored support plans to address the unique needs of each household.
  4. Collaborate with partners to secure suitable housing options for those in need.
