Sirona Medical Ltd is a leading healthcare provider, seeking an experienced homelessness manager to lead one of our five Housing Needs teams. This role requires proven management skills, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in managing homelessness or housing needs teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an effective and responsive homelessness prevention and assessment service, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring high standards are achieved. They will work closely with external agencies and partners to deliver homelessness services that benefit Haringey residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of professionals to provide a critical source of support for customers seeking help with their housing needs
  • Working with external agencies and partners to deliver homelessness services
  • Ensuring available resources are used effectively

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits including great pay rates, variation of locations, dedicated recruitment consultants, 24-hour support, fast-track registration, and an excellent referral bonus scheme.
