About the Role

This Band 5 position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and have a strong foundation in nursing principles. As a member of the Critical Care Unit team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure safe and effective care for patients. Your ability to communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage workload efficiently will be essential in this role.

Requirements

  • A Registered Nurse with a valid UK nursing license and current registration with the NMC
  • Experience working in a Critical Care environment, preferably in an ICU setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
