Team Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our National Operations Centre team in Castle Donnington. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of customer service advisors, ensuring high performance and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Plan, organize, and manage team activities and projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between team members and senior management.
  • Monitor and report on team performance and metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading, managing, and developing a team.
  • Ability to focus on solutions rather than problems and provide direction to the team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
