Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our National Operations Centre in Castle Donnington. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing a team of customer service advisors, ensuring high performance and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members to achieve exceptional performance and development.
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews to drive improvement and growth.
  • Plan, organize, and manage team activities and projects to ensure timely completion and delivery of results.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between team members and senior management to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on team performance and metrics to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to focus on solutions rather than problems and provide direction to the team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal, to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with team members, senior management, and customers.
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to support business operations.
