We are seeking an experienced and passionate Dialysis Clinic Manager to lead our team in Burnley, Lancashire. As a Dialysis Clinic Director, you will be responsible for the full operational and clinic management of our modern Dialysis Clinic, maintaining high care and quality outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Dialysis Nurse to run a well-established and reputable clinic, providing person-centred care to renal patients.

The clinic boasts excellent facilities for both patients and staff, and we are looking for a like-minded professional to take full responsibility for running the clinic. You will be working closely with the team to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, as well as preparing the clinic for audits and instigating continuous improvement activities.

We are offering a competitive salary of £43,500-£48,800 per annum, negotiable depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including 35 days annual leave, excellent career progression opportunities, and full supernumerary induction. As a valued member of our team, you will also receive extensive on-going training, overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours, and enhancements for evenings and Saturday working.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full operational and clinic management of the clinic
  • Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations
  • Preparing the clinic for audits
  • Instigating continuous improvement activities
  • Effective financial management, including budget planning and cost control
  • Supervision, training, and supporting staff

To be successful in this role, you will need to be NMC registered with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing, eligible to live and work in the UK, and have at least 5 years' experience in Haemodialysis, including at least 2 years at a senior level. You will also need to have proven experience managing and leading a team of nurses and practitioners, as well as a strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
