Job Title: Training & Qualifications Administrator

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Location: The Recruitment Co.

Pay Rate: £11.70 - £11.90 per hour, depending on experience

Job Type: Temporary to permanent opportunity

Duties:

  • To oversee the digital process for staff qualifications from start to finish.
  • To register and claim certification for learners, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • To collaborate with the Vocational Qualifications Centre Manager and Head of Engagement to achieve business objectives.
  • To manage and maintain accurate records of staff qualifications and certifications.
  • To provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
