Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Forge links with our training offices and staff throughout the country, ensuring a standardised approach to the implementation and delivery of our training programmes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regional offices, team members, and stakeholders to build a robust professional network.
  • Travel nationally to support the delivery of training programmes and ensure consistency across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement training strategies that align with Care Quality Commission, Skills for Health, Social Care, national occupational standards, and NICE guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing training schedules, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records.


Requirements
  • Highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in training and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel nationally and work flexibly to support the delivery of training programmes.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Knowledge of Care Quality Commission, Skills for Health, Social Care, national occupational standards, and NICE guidelines.
