We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training and Qualifications Coordinator to join our team at The Recruitment Co. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the digital process for staff qualifications from end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualification Management: Register and claim certification for learners, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with the Vocational Qualifications Centre Manager and Head of Engagement and Learning to discuss tasks and duties.
  • Awarding Organisation Liaison: Communicate with Awarding Organisations regarding the administration of vocational qualifications.
  • Assessment Centre Management: Monitor and manage assessment centre communications to ensure seamless operations.
  • Qualification Administration: Carry out administration of qualifications claimed for funding purposes.
  • Certificate Management: Ensure learners and management receive vocational qualification certificates in a timely manner.

Learning and Development General Duties:

  • Training Booking: Book mandatory training sessions for new starters and ensure relevant qualification data is received.
  • Training Administration: Book staff on training courses, update the training database, and present delegate attendance lists and certificates.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain the computerized and manual filing system, ensuring accuracy and organization.

Requirements:
