Payroll Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Generalist to join our team. As a Payroll Generalist, you will be responsible for providing payroll and HR support, including processing payroll inputs, maintaining employee records, and communicating with employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll inputs to ensure accurate and timely payroll
- Maintain employee records, including benefits and time-off information
- Communicate with employees and management regarding payroll and HR-related matters
- Assist with year-end tasks and audit requirements
- Provide accurate HR administration for the employee lifecycle
Requirements:
- GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications
- High level of attention to detail
- Basic understanding of HR
- High level of computer literacy, especially MS Excel and MS Word
