Financial Wellbeing Support Specialist Role

Tripod Social Care is seeking a skilled Financial Wellbeing Support Specialist to join our team in Staffordshire. As a Financial Wellbeing Support Specialist, you will work closely with residents of Staffordshire to provide tailored financial wellbeing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver face-to-face workshops in family hubs and the community to promote budgeting and financial wellbeing.
  • Identify vulnerable households and provide emergency drop-in support to address their financial needs.
  • Collaborate with partners to map out available support services and develop a database to track interventions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interventions to measure impact and outcomes.
  • Attend community events to promote and engage residents in available support services.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable individuals and safeguarding expertise.
  • Excellent planning skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to complete referrals into additional support services when needed.
