Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a team of CX Consultants to support existing customers and collaborate with internal Sales teams to scope solutions to customer problems.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to empower existing clients, ensuring they leverage the capabilities of our SmartAgent product & Amazon Connect.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of AWS and Amazon Connect updates, educating clients on best practices to optimize their customer experience.
  • Provide support and leadership in managing CX Consultants while actively developing a framework for the growth of the CX Consultancy team.
