Regional Land Strategist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land Manager to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne. The successful candidate will have a strong background in land acquisition, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
You will also have a good understanding of the planning system, the ability to interpret complex legal documentation, and a strong numerate skillset to undertake residual valuations for land appraisals and comparable sales valuations.
