Land Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Land Manager to join our team in the North East region. As a Senior Land Manager, you will be responsible for identifying suitable land opportunities on and off market for immediate development, maintaining and developing a network of land owner, agent, and public sector contacts, and presenting new business opportunities on a formal and informal basis.
You will also have the ability to negotiate legal agreements with our lawyers and third parties, coordinate the efforts of the 'Land Team' and other departments, and prepare and submit Land Approval Packs to obtain authority to acquire sites.
