We are seeking a seasoned Senior Land Manager to spearhead land acquisition efforts for Vistry North East. Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, this role demands expertise in securing strategic land opportunities to fuel the company's growth.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, evaluate, and negotiate land deals that align with our business objectives. In this largely self-sufficient position, you will be responsible for sourcing new land prospects, analyzing market trends, and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and evaluating land opportunities to meet business requirements
  • Analyzing market data to inform land acquisition strategies
  • Negotiating land deals with landowners, developers, and other external parties
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of land acquisitions into business operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in land management or a related field
  • Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
