We are seeking a Land Management Professional to secure land opportunities for Vistry North East in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing land proposals that meet our expansion plans and managing the legal, planning, development, and commercial constraints of each proposal.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing land opportunities through effective networking and research
  • Conducting thorough site assessments and feasibility studies
  • Developing and implementing strategies to acquire and manage land
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution

In return for your expertise, we offer:

  • A competitive basic salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum
