Quality and Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Compliance Manager to join our team at Childlight, a global child safety institute. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations meet or exceed the highest standards of quality and ethics.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development and implementation of quality and compliance controls, ensuring that our activities and operations are safe, ethical, reproducible, and responsible. This will involve monitoring performance, testing compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Healthcare Administration, Production Management, Human Resources, or Business Administration. You will also need to have experience working with data and/or research quality, as well as experience in regulatory compliance and developing quality and compliance controls.

We are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns, as well as hybrid working arrangements that combine remote and on-campus working.
