Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Care Assistant to join our team at Kingdom Healthcare. As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives within their own homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence, as well as providing support with medication. You will work closely with our clients to develop personalized care plans and provide a sense of purpose and fulfillment by contributing to their well-being and quality of life.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be resilient, caring, and able to work as part of a close-knit team. You will also need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge to meet the needs of our clients.
