About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to work as Home Health Aides in our community-based care program. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Your duties may include assisting with personal care routines, managing medications, and providing emotional support and companionship.

The Perfect Candidate:

  • We're looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • A valid driving license and reliable transportation is required, as you may need to travel to clients' homes.
  • You must be physically able to perform the demands of the job, which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or caregiving is an asset, but not essential.
