Job Title: Pensions Technical Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pensions Technical Team Leader to join our team at Test Labs. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of laboratory scientists, ensuring the successful completion of medical device testing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of laboratory scientists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement test methods and procedures to ensure compliance with internal SOPs and QMS.
  • Conduct medical device testing, where required, to fulfill the requirements of the study plan.
  • Train new staff and take on responsibility of training schedule.
  • Direct reports of Laboratory Scientists with weekly 1-2-1's and managing of daily huddles.
  • Create detailed and accurate test reports.
  • Ensure quality compliance standards are adhered to, ensuring auditable data is produced.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a UKAS testing environment.
  • Experience within a GLP testing laboratory.
  • 3-5 years' experience working in a laboratory.
  • Experience managing a team of analysts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A drive for time-bound completion of tasks.
  • Ability to work in, and adapt to, a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
  • The ability to troubleshoot problems and develop solutions.
