Job Overview
  • We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our client's pharmacy team in Oxford.
Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring seamless delivery of healthcare services to patients.
  • Foster effective communication within the healthcare team and with patients to promote a collaborative environment.
  • Manage inventory of medicines and healthcare products to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Lead the team to provide excellent patient care by setting high standards and promoting a culture of professionalism.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of pharmacy practice to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
  • A degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • Registration as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Proven experience in managing a pharmacy or healthcare team, demonstrating leadership skills and strategic thinking.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development, enhancing skills and expertise to drive success.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary package ranging between £54,000 - £66,000 per annum.
