The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a background in high-end dining service, preferably in a 3 Rosette or equivalent setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring our team to deliver exceptional service and hospitality to our guests.

Key Requirements
  • Possess a background in high-end dining service, preferrable in a 3 Rosette or equivalent setting
  • Lead and inspire our team to uphold and exceed the exacting standards of service and hospitality
  • Embrace a hands-on approach, ensuring that each guest received personalised attention and experiences exceptional service
  • Demonstrate a leadership ability and organisational skills in overseeing restaurant operations
  • Show a commitment to creating a luxurious and memorable dining atmosphere
  • Display a keen interest in continuous refinement of service procedures to meet and exceed the expectations of a 3 Rosette dining experience
  • Be proactive and quick-thinking, ensuring that every guest enjoys their visit to our Cliveden Dining Room
