Business Support Coordinator

Are you a skilled problem-solver with excellent communication skills? We're looking for a Business Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Adecco

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the facilities team in handling a wide range of issues, including maintenance challenges.
  • Escalate issues to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Assist in quoting building work and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate jobs and arrange contractors.
Work Schedule and Location:

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The working hours are 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities administration or a similar role.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficiency in quoting building work and escalation management.
