Morson Talent is a leading recruitment agency specialising in placing top talent with the most prestigious clients across various sectors. We are currently seeking an exceptional Corporate Lawyer to join our client, a large organisation operating within the energy sector based in London.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and construction law, with at least 2 years PQE experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value tenders, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, consultancy and service contracts, goods, works and construction contracts.

The successful applicant will advise on a range of legislation including Electricity Act, Data Protection Act, New Roads and Street Works Act, Town and Country Planning Act, Health and Safety legislation and TUPE. They will also be responsible for advising on intellectual property issues, drafting, negotiating and advising upon the interpretation of contracts.

This role requires a qualified solicitor with a 2:1 degree and at least 2 years PQE experience with a commercial and construction law background. Experience working both in-house and in private practice is preferred. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate clearly and authoritatively at senior level and manage complex negotiations opposite partners and senior associates from City law firms.
