Education Support Specialist

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Education Support Specialist to join our hardworking and supportive team at Term Time Teachers. This is a unique opportunity to provide 1:1 support for a child with Special Educational Needs in a thriving school in the heart of Sevenoaks.

The successful candidate will be required to support the child's learning in all areas of the curriculum, adapting planning from the classteacher to make it age appropriate. Previous experience of working with children as a 1:1 would be an advantage, especially in relation to ASD.

This post is linked to a child and funding is reviewed annually. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be patient and empathetic, and have previous experience of supporting children with SEN.
