About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Le Labo. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized fragrance experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fragrance portfolio and be able to make recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fragrance trends and developments to ensure that our customers receive the best possible advice and guidance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement.

Requirements

  • Passion for fragrances and a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
