About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Fragrance Expert to join our team at L'Oréal. As a Fragrance Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalized consultations to our customers.

Your Mission

As a Fragrance Expert, you will be the face of our brand, showcasing our luxurious fragrances and delivering an emotional experience to our customers. You will be confident in taking customers on a memorable journey, showcasing your knowledge and passion for our fragrances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and deliver personalized consultations to our customers.
  • Showcase our luxurious fragrances and deliver an emotional experience to our customers.
  • Be confident in taking customers on a memorable journey, showcasing your knowledge and passion for our fragrances.
  • Proactively approach customers in a warm and friendly manner to provide a world-class customer experience.
  • Inspire customers with our Lancôme heritage and represent scandal and freedom within their beauty looks.

Support and Development

We offer a comprehensive induction program, including regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor, and Peers. You will also have access to E-Learning modules and on-going team trainings to support your development and progression.
