Your Mission

As a Fragrance Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing personalized consultations, and showcasing our luxurious fragrances. You will be confident in taking customers on a memorable journey, using your expertise to create an emotional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a world-class experience for every customer.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fragrances, including their history, ingredients, and benefits.
  • Conduct personalized consultations, using your expertise to recommend fragrances that meet each customer's unique needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fragrance trends, launches, and product information.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Support and Development
