Care Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Lifestyle Manager to join our team at HC-One Ltd. This is a truly rewarding and varied role that involves arranging regular trips, flower arranging, and crafting with residents.
The successful candidate will have a background working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programmes. They will possess great planning, organisational, and IT skills, be able to manage their time effectively, and have brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and making a real difference in the lives of our residents.
