Key Responsibilities- Recruit and select high-quality candidates for care positions
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for our organization
- Provide excellent customer service and support to candidates and clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and retention
- Personable and professional manner
- Experience in an office environment, preferably in a recruitment or HR role
- Care experience is preferred but not essential
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Confident and friendly phone manner
- Drivers license and use of own vehicle (to travel between offices if required)
- Well-organized and proficient in computer software
- Adaptable and flexible to meet the demands of the department
- Opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals in need
- Bonus scheme in addition to salary (potential extra £3000+ per annum)
- Office hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
