Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment and Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for recruiting and retaining top talent to support our rapidly expanding business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and select high-quality candidates for care positions
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for our organization
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to candidates and clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and retention
Requirements
  • Personable and professional manner
  • Experience in an office environment, preferably in a recruitment or HR role
  • Care experience is preferred but not essential
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Confident and friendly phone manner
  • Drivers license and use of own vehicle (to travel between offices if required)
  • Well-organized and proficient in computer software
  • Adaptable and flexible to meet the demands of the department
