Streamline Search is seeking an experienced Delivery Fleet Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient delivery services and smooth operations for our same-day and next-day transport business with 30 vehicles.

  • Manage fleet operations, including regular maintenance, transport regulations compliance, and vehicle availability for deliveries.
  • Oversee a team of four, providing guidance, training, and support for high performance in Customer Service, Administration, and Planning.
  • Coordinate daily schedules and route planning for maximum efficiency, ensuring timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with transport regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management, including cost control, efficiency metrics, and delivery success rates.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient delivery services and smooth operations for our same-day and next-day transport business.
  • Manage fleet operations, including regular maintenance and transport regulations compliance.
  • Coordinate daily schedules and route planning for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with transport regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies.
  • Prepare performance reports for management, including cost control, efficiency metrics, and delivery success rates.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Transport Manager or similar role in logistics or transport.
  • Strong knowledge of UK transport regulations and compliance.
  • Proficient in route planning and scheduling to optimize delivery timelines and fuel efficiency.
