Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workplace Equality Manager to join our team in Wolverhampton. As part of this role, you will develop, implement, and monitor EDI strategies and initiatives within client organisations.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of EDI policies and strategies in line with client objectives.
- Work with leadership to embed EDI principles in all aspects of HR processes.

- Design and deliver EDI training programs for employees, managers, and leadership teams.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions to promote diversity, inclusion, and equity.
