Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Environmental Specialist to join our Field Services Team in the Southeast London area. As a Regional Environmental Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting routine environmental monitoring and maintenance activities across various sites.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess a full UK driving license. Experience in environmental monitoring is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine environmental monitoring and data collection in accordance with company protocols and client specifications.
  • Liaise with clients on-site to build trust and establish long-term relationships.
  • Maintain Enitial's credibility by representing the company professionally and adhering to high standards of quality.
  • Work collaboratively within regions to maintain morale and provide assistance when needed.
  • Report any deviations from methods or non-conformances to Area Managers, Data Analysts, and Account Managers.
  • Manage time efficiently and review schedules to improve workflow.
  • Ensure accurate data management and reporting in line with client and company requirements.
  • Responsible for maintaining safety standards during field works and reporting incidents promptly.
  • Liaise with laboratories and couriers to ensure compliance with sampling procedures.
  • Assist with on-site training of new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Salary Estimate: £29,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience.
