Job Summary

Ferrovial is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team in the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the company's supply chain strategies, ensuring seamless operations and maximizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head of Supply Chain to develop and implement supply chain strategies, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, with a strong understanding of procurement and logistics principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) certification or equivalent, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
