**Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Specialist

BeBee Professionals, a leading recruitment agency based in Southport, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment process for various roles across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and interview candidates using industry-leading software and social media platforms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from shortlisting candidates to negotiating job offers and ensuring seamless onboarding.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or sales, preferably within a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
