Mental Health Support Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a mental health support worker, working with adults 18+ in a NHS hospital setting.
Your role will focus on enabling residents to live as independent a life as possible by assisting with their daily needs when required.
Shift Patterns
- 07:00 - 15:00
- 07:30 - 15:30
- 12:00 - 20:00
- 12:30 - 20:30
- 21:30 - 07:30
Key Responsibilities
- Encourage residents to develop new skills
- Attend appointments on their behalf
- Provide personal care
- Assist with daily tasks, such as finances, shopping, cooking, and cleaning
- Organize activities
