Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Primary Teacher to teach designated pupils and undertake pastoral and general teaching duties in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have previous teaching/lecturing experience, effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Teaching designated pupils and undertaking pastoral and general teaching duties in a supportive environment
• Establishing a warm relationship with pupils and contributing to their educational and personal development
• Managing challenging behaviour effectively and maintaining a safe, secure learning environment
• Supporting the use of support staff relevant to the class

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Previous teaching/lecturing experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively
• Ability to contribute to the provision of a safe, secure learning environment
• Ability to support the use of support staff relevant to the class
