Residential Childcare Specialist

At Dove Adolescent Services, we are committed to providing a nurturing environment for young people in our care. We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Childcare Specialist to join our team in Doncaster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the well-being and safety of young people in our care by maintaining a homely environment and adhering to risk management plans.
- Promote the development of individual interests and attitudes through planned activities.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with young people, encouraging their growth and empowerment.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
- Experience supporting vulnerable young people and a commitment to working on a 24/7 basis, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Capability to work independently, maintain accurate records, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary up to £31,966.80 per annum, plus sleep-in allowance of £45 per night and additional benefits such as flexible working schedule, annual leave loyalty scheme, and company contributory pension scheme.
