About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Electronics Specialist to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space Limited. As a key member of our Cyber Security Hardware Engineering department, you will be responsible for designing high-speed digital electronics on the forefront of cryptographic technology.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality products that meet the highest standards of security and reliability.

As a Digital Electronics Specialist, you will be responsible for specifying, performing, and documenting electronics hardware design for allocated elements of the product design architecture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about digital electronics and has a strong background in electronics engineering. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results, we would like to hear from you.

About You

  • Educated to Degree level (or equivalent) in Electronic Engineering
  • Experience of digital design
  • Proven capability to design high-speed electronic equipment that is CE compliant with EMC, Safety, TEMPESR, and RoHS criteria
  • Experience of schematic capture and PCB layout
