The Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist will be responsible for delivering high-quality care in a range of settings, including community and secure services. They will have a capped caseload of patients and act as a specialist advisor for this cohort.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in Forensic and/or Learning Disability Services, with a proven commitment to improving the quality of clinical care. They will be trained in structured clinical risk assessment relevant to this patient population and have management training/experience.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, a comprehensive pension scheme, and access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape growth, development, and expansion of the service. You will also be involved in consultation/training and pathway advice, care planning and treatment formulation, and specialist forensic risk assessment.
