About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage our production processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are fulfilled with high quality, on time, within budget, and safely.
Main Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and conduct activities within the production department to achieve common objectives.
- Identify and report deviations from planned requirements, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Take a hands-on approach to understanding and facilitating the daily needs of the production team.
- Support recruitment, development, and training of staff, fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Manage and coordinate KPIs to enhance manufacturing performance.
- Lead by example, motivating and guiding employees towards common goals.
- Maintain good cooperation with colleagues from other departments, supporting continuous improvement processes.
- Promote clear communication across the workplace to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in leading a production department within the Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices sectors.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and guiding employees.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and instructions across all levels of the organization.
- Target- and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Strong analytical skills to effectively identify and resolve problems.
