About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage our production processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are fulfilled with high quality, on time, within budget, and safely. This is a key leadership role that requires strong leadership abilities, technical and administrative skills, and a focus on motivating and guiding employees.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and conduct activities within the production department to achieve common objectives.
- Identify and report deviations from planned requirements, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Take a hands-on approach to understanding and facilitating the daily needs of the production team.
- Support recruitment, development, and training of staff, fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Manage and coordinate KPIs to enhance manufacturing performance.
- Lead by example, motivating and guiding employees towards common goals.
- Maintain good cooperation with colleagues from other departments, supporting continuous improvement processes.
- Promote clear communication across the workplace to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to employment law, health and safety regulations, company policies, and social coexistence standards.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in leading a production department within the pharmaceuticals or medical devices sectors. An engineering or university degree is preferred, but relevant qualifications or equivalent experience will be considered. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical and administrative skills, and a focus on motivating and guiding employees. Excellent communication skills, a target- and results-oriented approach, and a proactive attitude are essential for this role.
