Job Title: Scientific Support Technician

CV-Library is looking for a skilled Scientific Support Technician to join our team based in Tameside.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the laboratory team with daily tasks, including testing, checking, stocking, and administrative duties.
  • Conduct testing of fabrics, record results, and perform additional tests as required.
  • Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated according to schedule or necessity.
  • Maintain the laboratory filing system and monitor stock levels.
  • Assist the Laboratory Technician and Assistant Laboratory Manager with daily tasks.
  • Perform testing of liquor samples and conduct quality control checks on raw materials.

Salary Information:

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
