About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Department Head to join our team in the Bristol Area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the majority of our colleague population and driving sales, commerciality, and service standards within your store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving a selling culture within your team
  • Consistently raising performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent
  • Utilising data to support operational decisions
  • Implementing a continuous improvement mentality within the team and work in partnership with the wider team

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
