We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Professional to join our team in Northern Ireland. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage your territory in Northern Ireland, providing exceptional representation of the business and increasing profile and exposure of the product portfolio.
  • Identify and target end-users on a consistent basis, ensuring your technical knowledge is up-to-date and providing timely, accurate, and concise technical information.
  • Become a trusted advisor and provider of the company's products, while maintaining a strong understanding of competitors and their offerings.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, making them sustainable and meeting and exceeding monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Create and maintain a relevant and up-to-date database using the company's CRM system in an accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar setting with proven experience in delivering against targets and KPIs.
  • Experience in communicating effectively with designers and architects, with a sound knowledge of commercial flooring.
  • Able to keep abreast of competitors and their products.
  • Full driving licence and car required to meet business needs.
