Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Northern Ireland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for effectively managing your territory, providing excellent representation of our client's products, and identifying new business opportunities.

You will:

  • Manage your territory in Northern Ireland, increasing profile and exposure of our client's product portfolio.
  • Identify and target end-users, providing timely and accurate technical information while maintaining a strong knowledge of competitors and their products.
  • Build long-term relationships, meeting and exceeding monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Create and maintain a relevant database using our client's CRM system.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar setting, with a proven track record of delivering against targets and KPIs. You will also possess excellent communication skills, a sound knowledge of commercial flooring, and the ability to keep up-to-date with industry trends.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £45,000, bonus scheme, company expenses, including car allowance, and access to e-learning training.
