Job Title: HR Programme Manager - Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist

OpSec Security is seeking an experienced HR Programme Manager to join our team as we embark on a major merger and acquisition program. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale change initiatives, with a focus on human resources and talent management.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive HR programme to support the integration of our newly acquired entities, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations;
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business unit heads, and functional leads;
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated plans, policies, and procedures to support the merged entity;
  • Analyze and address any talent-related risks or gaps identified during the integration process, developing strategies to mitigate these risks;
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to mergers and acquisitions.

**Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in programme management and change management;
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale change initiatives, with a focus on human resources and talent management;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders and stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions;
  • Certifications in programme management (e.g., MSP, PgMP) and/or change management (e.g., Prosci) are highly desirable.

**Location:
